Setting up your account is simple just follow these easy steps:

1. Start by logging into the My Account Portal
   • Use your username and temporary password provided to you, then reset your password.
   • If retrying, use your current password.
   • If you do not know your password, use Forgotten Password .
2. Look for an email from noreply@pingidentity.com to validate your email.
3. MANDATORY STEP
   • Use My Account Portal
   • Click Add Method
   • Register:
     • Authenticator App
     • Email
     • Passkey
4. Now sign in to the Gainwell application:
   • Open application URL
   • Enter username and password
   • Complete MFA
